Things that make a Garmat USA Booth special:

  • Very ECO Friendly. (Saving your company significant operational costs over other major brands).
  • Superior filtration (saves buffing your brains out, remember cheaper booths use cheap filters).
  • Knife-edge sealing of filters (dirt doesn’t get around them)
  • Plenum balance plates (evens the air flow and heat in cabin. Cheap booths don’t have them.)
  • Balanced air flows (painter has same techniques throughout the job).
  • Direct fired burner provides fast ramp time (in as fast as 60 seconds).
  • Dual inlet reverse incline blowers (allows powering through higher static pressure and thicker ceiling media, better on blower bearings. Cheaper booths use single inlet and tube axial style fans).
  • Horizontal lighting (does not cast a shadow for the painter like vertical fixtures do. Don’t settle for vertical fixtures in your booth when you can have the best shadow free lighting).
  • 4 tube interior serviceable light fixtures are standard. They can be upgraded to 6 and 8 tube fixtures > not really recommended because of more energy use. We do have light reflectors available that allow a 30% increase in light with a standard 4 tube fixture saving you even more energy and getting you more light.
  • Opaque white powder coating (better for sight and color matches).
  • Smooth panel surface inside and out. (easier to clean)
  • Balanced heat (eliminate “painters pull hair out” syndrome). Cheaply constructed booths have temperature swings of up to 10 degrees +/- in the cabin.
  • Energy Conservation Mode (cuts costs of operation significantly with and without the use of VFD’s).
  • Recycles up to 90% of heated air on bake mode (many other brands don’t recycle their air on bake).
  • All components made in USA (ever try and get parts from an over-seas country)?
  • Parts available locally (service trucks stocked with parts)
  • Local service and support. (Call and we are there if you need us).
  • Set up for simple conversion to waterborne paints. (Accelecure propellers, side and corner air boosters available)
  • Our booth crew personnel are employees of Altra Products, not sub-contractors (you will not be held hostage by some tech out of Texas of Oklahoma that might be there the second Tuesday of next week).
